Chinese internet business The9 Limited (Nasdaq: NCTY) said that its wholly-owned subsidiary NBTC Limited and Kyrgyzstan enterprise SolarCoin LLC have signed a Purchase Agreement regarding a block chain computing centre in Kyrgyzstan.
