Middle market private equity firm Palladium Equity Partners, LLC (along with its affiliates, "Palladium") has signed a definitive agreement under which it will sell its majority interest in protection and control buildings solutions company Trachte, LLC to an affiliate of nVent Electric plc (NYSE: NVT) for US$695 million.
