Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) will invest US$5 billion in Anthropic immediately and up to a further US$20 billion in the future, as the two companies deepen their AI partnership. This is in addition to the US$8 billion Amazon had previously invested in Anthropic, the company said on Monday.
