US data centre colocation REIT Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR) has partnered with private alternatives investment firm GI Partners to establish a joint venture (JV) for the sale of a 65% majority interest in two stabilised hyperscale data centre buildings and their associated equipment in the Chicago metro area.
