The Tech Capital has unveiled the shortlist for its 5th Annual Global Awards, recognising the companies, transactions and leaders shaping the future of digital infrastructure worldwide. Winners will be announced at a black-tie gala in London this May.
London, UK, 4 March 2026 – Digital infrastructure media and events platform The Tech Capital has announced the shortlist for the Global Awards 2026, recognising the organisations, transactions and individuals shaping the future of digital infrastructure worldwide.
This year’s awards attracted 172 entries from across the global ecosystem, spanning hyperscale data centre platforms, energy partnerships, AI infrastructure investments, project financings and industry leadership.
A total of 100 companies and executives have been shortlisted across 20 categories, covering dealmaking, infrastructure development and leadership across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Among the shortlisted entries are some of the industry’s most significant transactions and projects of the past 12 months, including large-scale AI infrastructure financings, hyperscale campus developments and renewable energy partnerships supporting the next phase of digital infrastructure growth.

The judging panel, composed of 50 senior leaders from across the industry, reviewed entries across categories including Digital Infrastructure M&A Deal of the Year, Capital Raise of the Year, Project Finance Deal of the Year, AI Infrastructure Investment of the Year and Digital Infrastructure Project of the Year.

The awards also recognise leadership across the industry, including regional Digital Infrastructure Leaders of the Year, alongside individual honours such as Finance & Investment Leader of the Year, Legal Leader of the Year, and the Under 35 Rising Star Award.
Winners will be announced at The Tech Capital Global Awards 2026 ceremony in London on May 11, bringing together senior executives from across the global digital infrastructure ecosystem.
The event will celebrate the organisations and individuals driving the development of the infrastructure underpinning the digital economy.
