Athens, Greece, 30 January 2026 – Digital infrastructure media and events platform The Tech Capital has released the full agenda for the InfraAI Global Summit 2026, confirming the themes, sessions and discussion format for the second edition of its international forum dedicated to artificial intelligence infrastructure.
The event will take place from 30 March to 1 April 2026 on the Athenian Riviera, bringing together senior decision-makers from investment, digital infrastructure, energy, technology and policy.
InfraAI 2026 is positioned as a destination summit focused on the realities of delivering AI at scale, rather than speculative technology narratives.
The agenda centres on the infrastructure systems enabling AI deployment, including compute, power, connectivity, land, capital and execution risk, at a time when investment in AI-enabled infrastructure is expected to exceed US$6 trillion globally over the coming decade.
Across two days, the programme will examine how AI demand is reshaping data centre development, power procurement strategies, hardware lifecycles and capital allocation.
Sessions address the transition from training-led build-out to inference-driven utilisation, the growing influence of hyperscalers and cloud platforms as capacity buyers, and the constraints imposed by energy availability, water, permitting and community engagement.
The agenda also includes dedicated discussions on compute risk, focusing on GPUs and accelerators, hardware obsolescence and refinancing exposure as foundation model development outpaces traditional infrastructure lifecycles.
Additional sessions explore capital structure discipline, execution risk at scale, and the interaction between AI infrastructure and wider energy systems.
Roundtable sessions will provide closed-door forums for peer-level discussion on specific challenges, including fibre and subsea connectivity, grid access, AI infrastructure financing structures and the operational demands of deploying capacity across multiple regions.
Morning wellness sessions and informal networking elements are built into the programme to support dialogue outside the main conference setting.
InfraAI Global Summit is designed to complement, rather than replicate, The Tech Capital’s London-based International Finance Forum. While the London event focuses on capital markets, valuation and risk repricing, InfraAI adopts a deliberately measured pace, reflecting its destination format and emphasis on long-term infrastructure strategy.
João Marques Lima, Managing Editor of The Tech Capital, said: “InfraAI was created to provide a space for disciplined, informed discussion about the infrastructure that makes artificial intelligence possible. The 2026 agenda reflects the shift we are seeing in the market, from ambition and narrative towards execution, constraint and consequence.”
The summit is expected to host more than 200 senior participants, including investors, operators, energy developers, advisors and policymakers, with representation from Europe, North America, the Middle East, LATAM and Asia Pacific. Attendance is curated, with a focus on seniority and practical decision-making responsibility.
InfraAI Global Summit 2026 follows the inaugural edition held in 2025 and forms part of The Tech Capital’s wider events portfolio, examining digital infrastructure, finance and energy at a global level.
