London, UK, 3 February 2026 – Digital infrastructure media and events platform The Tech Capital has published the agenda for the 5th International Finance Forum (IFF26), confirming the programme for its flagship gathering in London on 11-12 May 2026, held alongside The Tech Capital Global Awards. The forum convenes at a point of reassessment for digital infrastructure markets, as AI-driven demand accelerates while capital, energy and regulatory constraints tighten.
IFF26 is framed around the theme “Risk, Repriced”, reflecting a shift in market focus from expansion and narrative towards underwriting discipline, execution risk and physical constraint.
The agenda brings together senior leaders from investment, operations, energy, advisory and legal backgrounds to examine how assumptions around valuation, bankability and delivery are changing across data centres, connectivity and AI infrastructure.
Across plenary sessions, specialist theatres and closed-door discussions, the programme addresses the interaction between hyperscaler demand, AI factory economics and evolving leasing structures, alongside the implications for capital structure, asset values and revenue durability.
Dedicated sessions explore compute risk, including GPU lifecycles and obsolescence, as well as the growing influence of energy availability, grid access, water and permitting on project feasibility.
The forum also examines capital deployment strategies in a more selective market, including financing structures, covenant discipline, M&A dynamics and the increasing role of legal and regulatory considerations in infrastructure investment decisions.
Regional sessions provide comparative perspectives on capital flows and risk across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
João Marques Lima, Managing Editor of The Tech Capital, said: “IFF was created to reflect how capital actually behaves under pressure. The 2026 programme is designed to test assumptions, surface points of friction between capital and execution, and examine where risk is genuinely being repriced as AI infrastructure scales.”
IFF26 is expected to host more than 400 senior participants from over 40 markets, including investors, operators, energy developers, lenders, advisors and policymakers.
Attendance is curated, with an emphasis on seniority and decision-making responsibility. Passes are now available, with early registration rates currently in place. More information is available here.
The International Finance Forum is collocated with The Tech Capital Global Awards, which take place in London on 11 May 2026. The awards recognise leadership and execution across global digital infrastructure, reflecting performance in a year defined by tighter capital conditions and delivery under constraint. Submissions close February 19. For more information on categories, judges and how to enter, visit here.
Now in its fifth year, the International Finance Forum has established itself as a platform for disciplined dialogue between capital providers and infrastructure builders. IFF26 continues that role, focusing on clarity, consequence and informed challenge at a pivotal moment for the sector.
