Oak Hill Capital to invest $250m in new fibre operator

The newly launched FTTP player joins a growing portfolio of broadband and connectivity players under the investment group’s wings.

Oak Hill Capital has formed a new fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) provider Omni Fiber which caters to a capital commitment of US$250 million to deploy routes across small and mid-sized markets in the Midwest that have historically been underserved by the large phone and cable companies.
