-From bringing a data centre online, to one going offline, a large number of websites and apps across the world were reported to have gone dark including CNN, the New York Times, the BBC, Amazon, Google, and eBay;
-Over in New Zealand, DCI Data Centers, a portfolio company of Brookfield Asset Management, has been granted consent to purchase land for what it says will be “a major new data centre” in Auckland.
