Dimension Data SPV Funding Plc has opened subscriptions for a Series 1 corporate bond issuance of up to N5 billion (US$3.7 million) under a N20 billion (US$14.7 million) bond programme, as the company seeks long-term financing to expand fibre infrastructure across Nigeria.
