The Indian state of Maharashtra has signed a memorandum of understanding with real estate company Lodha Developers to develop a green integrated data centre park on 370 acres in Palava City, Dombivli, near Mumbai. The proposed investment is INR 30,000 crore (about US$3.4 billion).
