High-Performance Computing (HPC) digital infrastructure operator Applied Digital Corporation (Nasdaq: APLD) has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its 200 megawatt (MW) campus in Garden City, Texas, to digital asset technology company Marathon Digital Holdings (Nasdaq: MARA).
