SINGAPORE, 9 June 2026 – The Tech Capital has released the agenda for its APAC Finance Forum 2026, outlining a programme focused on the financing, ownership and long-term economics of digital infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific region.
Taking place on 23 September 2026 at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay in Singapore, the event is expected to bring together more than 150 senior executives from over 100 organisations and 15 markets. Attendees will include investors, data centre operators, lenders, hyperscale cloud providers, AI platforms, energy stakeholders, government representatives and advisers involved in the deployment of digital infrastructure across the region.
The APAC Finance Forum is the fourth annual edition of The Tech Capital’s regional finance and investment gathering and comes as investment activity continues to accelerate across Asia Pacific amid growing demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure, power generation, connectivity networks and digital services.
Forum participants collectively oversee trillions of dollars in assets under management, with discussions designed to address the practical challenges associated with financing, building and operating infrastructure across a region characterised by varying regulatory frameworks, differing power market conditions and diverse capital structures.
The programme will begin with executive roundtable discussions held under Chatham House Rule before the main conference opens with an assessment of the investment and financing trends shaping the region’s digital infrastructure sector.
A keynote session titled The State of APAC Infrastructure Capital will examine the role of Asia-Pacific as an increasingly active market for digital infrastructure investment, particularly as demand for compute capacity, power and connectivity grows alongside AI deployment.
The agenda will also explore how financing models are evolving through a panel discussion, The New Capital Stack: Financing Asia’s AI Future. Participants will examine investment activity across data centres, power generation, fibre networks, GPU infrastructure and AI-focused assets as investors broaden their exposure beyond traditional digital infrastructure categories.
Additional sessions will address regional investment opportunities, sovereign wealth fund participation in the sector and changing ownership dynamics across digital infrastructure markets.
One of the forum’s featured discussions, The $500 Billion Question: Does AI Infrastructure Actually Make Money?, will examine the economics underpinning investment into GPU clusters, AI factories, accelerated computing environments and cloud platforms, as investors seek greater clarity on long-term returns from AI-related infrastructure.
The programme will conclude with a debate titled AI Infrastructure Is Becoming a Strategic National Asset, focusing on the growing role of governments in shaping AI infrastructure development and ownership as countries pursue national AI strategies and seek greater control over critical digital assets.
João Marques Lima, Founder and Managing Editor of The Tech Capital, said: “Asia Pacific continues to be one of the most active regions globally for digital infrastructure investment, with capital flowing into data centres, subsea networks, fibre, energy infrastructure and AI-enabling assets. The APAC Finance Forum has been designed to bring together the investors, operators, developers and advisers shaping that growth and to examine the financial and strategic decisions driving the market.”
Khamila Mulia, APAC Editor at The Tech Capital, said: “The agenda reflects many of the conversations currently taking place across the region, from AI infrastructure deployment and power availability to capital formation, cross-border investment and evolving market opportunities. Our objective is to create a platform that connects regional expertise with global capital and industry perspectives.”
Sponsors supporting the 2026 forum include to date AdaniConneX, datacenterHawk, Veremark and VIPA Digital.
The event will conclude with an evening networking reception following the formal programme.
The Tech Capital said ticket prices for the APAC Finance Forum 2026 will increase from 1 August 2026.
