Vietnam’s state-owned mobile operator Viettel has commenced construction on two major national initiatives: the An Khanh Data Centre and the Viettel Research & Development Centre. The combined investment in the projects is valued at around US$1 billion, according to a statement released via the company’s LinkedIn page.
