Russian internet giant Yandex (YNDX.O) has announced plans to invest in the development of Indonesia's artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem. This was revealed during a meeting between the Indonesian Minister of Communication and Digital, Meutya Hafid, and Alexander Popovskiy, Yandex’s head of the international search division, on November 8, 2024.
