Finland’s cybersecurity and software solutions provider Cinia Ltdv and Japan’s telecommunications infrastructure developer ARTERIA Networks Corporation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to build a 14,000 Km-long fibre optic cable system linking Europe and Asia through the Arctic region.
