Brookfield Asset Management (NYSE: BAM, TSX: BAM), through its Infrastructure Investment Trust Data Infrastructure Trust (DIT) has acquired 100% of the equity interests in REIT American Tower’s operations in India (ATC India) for approximately INR 210 billion, or US$2.5 billion.
