CDC Data Centres closes $2bn debt financing and capital markets issuance

Some of the capital will be put towards the development of new facilities as the group plans to top 250MW of capacity by 2023.

Australian privately owned data centre group CDC Data Centres (CDC) has completed the A$2.7 billion (US$1.84 billion) refinancing and upsizing of its debt facilities and its A$308 million (US$209.8 million) US Private Placement (USPP) issuance.
