Chinese cloud service provider Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: KC) has filed an application with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in connection with its proposed dual primary listing of ordinary shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
