Digital infrastructure investor DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (NYSE:DBRG) has agreed to acquire 100% of the mobile telecommunications tower business (TowerCo) of Belgium’s Telenet Group Holding NV (Euronext Brussels: TNET) in an all-cash transaction valued at €745 million (US$820 million), on a cash-free and debt-free basis.
