UK telecommunications infrastructure investor and operator Helios Towers (LON: HTWS) has witnessed a 29% surge in revenue to US$721 million and a 31% growth in Adjusted EBITDA to US$369.9 million on a year-on-year basis, according to its full-year 2023 report.
