By leveraging our standardised design process and offsite manufacturing in our US and Romania factories, we can reduce deployment risk and meet the increasing demand for AI workloads at an unprecedented scale.”
The collaboration comes at a time when the data centre industry is grappling with supply chain shortages and increasing pressure to meet the demands of AI-driven workloads.
The partnership has been designed to address these challenges by offering a streamlined approach to data centre development and deployment.
Scott Jarnagin, CEO of Caddis Cloud Solutions, added: “We are excited to work with InfraPartners to address the critical supply chain shortages that are impacting data centre development around the world. InfraPartners has a unique, market-leading solution, and together, we can accelerate the transformation of promising data centre locations into revenue-generating assets, helping our clients achieve profitability faster.”
The partnership’s focus on prefabricated AI data centres represents a shift in the industry towards more efficient and scalable solutions.
Prefabricated data centres offer several advantages, including reduced construction time, consistent quality, and the ability to scale quickly in response to demand.
InfraPartners’ prefabricated data centre solutions are manufactured in controlled factory environments in the United States and Romania. The company’s standardised design process further contributes to reducing deployment risks and accelerating time-to-market for clients.
Caddis Cloud Solutions brings to the partnership its extensive experience in site selection and development for hyperscale, AI, enterprise, and government entities. The firm’s expertise in navigating the complexities of data centre investment and optimisation is expected to complement InfraPartners’ technological capabilities.
According to Fortune Business Insights, the global AI infrastructure market size was valued at US$46.15 billion in 2024 and is expected to grow to US$356.14 billion by 2032, exhibiting a CAGR of 29.1%.
