Middle Eastern investor and operator of cloud storage facilities Khazna Data Centers and China’s GDS IDC Services Ptc. have signed a memorandum of understating (MoU) to explore the wholesale data centre developments across Greater China, Asia-Pacific (APAC) and the Middle East regions.
