Real estate developer Panattoni has entered into an agreement with the Parc de l'Alba Consortium, made up of the Catalan Land Institute - Incàsol - and the Cerdanyola del Vallès City Council, to purchase a 60,000 square metre site just 20 kilometres from Barcelona.
