Russian telecommunications operator Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX - RTS: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY) has opened the second phase of its data centre development in Udomlya, a town 325Km north of Moscow and the administrative centre of Udomelsky District in Tver Oblast.
