TPG Real Estate (TPGRE), the real estate investment platform of alternative asset management firm TPG (NASDAQ: TPG), has announced its acquisition of an 80% stake in a US$1.5 billion portfolio of hyperscale data centres in Ashburn, Northern Virginia.
