The Tech Capital

London-listed investment trust Digital 9 Infrastructure plc (LON: DGI9) has signed a sale and purchase agreement for the acquisition of Finnish data centre and cloud services platform Ficolo Oy for a total consideration of €135 million (US$145 million).
