The Tech Capital

Investment trust Digital 9 Infrastructure plc (LON: DGI9), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Digital 9 Wireless Limited, has completed the acquisition of Leeson Telecom Limited (Host Ireland), an enterprise broadband provider in Greater Dublin for a total consideration of approximately €60 million (US$65.4 million).
