Citrix Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTXS) has entered into an all-stock definitive agreement under which global investment firm Vista Equity Partners and Evergreen Coast Capital Corporation, an affiliate of Elliott Investment Management L.P., will acquire Citrix in an all-cash transaction valued at US$16.5 billion, including the assumption of debt.
