Digicel Group Holdings Limited (DGHL) has completed the sale of Digicel Pacific Limited (Digicel Pacific or DPL), its wholly owned subsidiary, to a subsidiary of the Australian telecommunications company Telstra Corporation Limited, with funding from the Australian Government, through Export Finance Australia.
